Appointment Demographic Report
The Appointment Demographic Report provides a detailed view of appointments within a selected date range. It can be used to review past or upcoming appointments and analyze trends using various filters. This report can also be exported or printed for further review.
How to Generate the Report
Enter a Begin Date and End Date, then select Generate.
You can run the report with or without filters.
You may select one or multiple filters to narrow your results:
Appointment Status – Booked, Complete, Canceled, No-Show, Conflicting, Checked In, Called, Confirmed, Reminder Sent
All Services – Filter by service groups or individual services
All Workers – Filter by one or more active workers
All Appointment Types – Inspire system types: New Client, Booked Online, Rebooked, Standing Appointment
All Visit Types – Custom visit types created in your system
Note: Visit Types shown in this report are custom options created within your system. These are selected when creating an appointment or ticket. For more details on setting up Visit Types, please refer to Setup > Setup Client Preferences.

Below each filtered section, totals will display whether filters are selected or not. These totals include both quantity counts and percentages. Percentages represent the total value relative to the overall results for that filter category.
Report Columns Explained
Date – Appointment date and time
Status – Appointment status
Client Name – First and last name
Service Worker – Service(s) booked with assigned worker in parentheses
Appointment Type – New Client, Booked Online, Rebooked, Standing Appointment
Visit Type – Custom visit type (will appear blank if no visit type was selected)
Service Totals – Total value of services
Product Count / Totals – Quantity and total value of products
Ticket Total – Combined total of services and products

Sorting Options
You can sort the report by:
Date – Displays appointments from earliest to latest (by date, then time)
Appointment Status – Displays in alphabetical order by status
Client Name – Displays in alphabetical order by the client’s first name
Ticket Total – Displays increasing order (smallest to largest dollar value)
Product Count – Displays in ascending order (quantity count)
Product Amount – Displays increasing order (smallest to largest dollar value)
Summary Totals
At the bottom of the report, totals will reflect your selected date range and filters:
Service Totals – Total value of all services
Product Count / Totals – Total quantity and value of products
Ticket Totals – Combined total of all tickets
The report also includes averages per appointment:
Average Service Total - The average service value per appointment included in the report.
Average Product Count / Total - The average quantity and value of products per appointment.
Average Ticket Total - The average total ticket value per appointment.
All totals and averages are calculated based on the date range and filters selected when generating the report
