Appointment List

Below the appointment book is a list of today’s appointments in chronological order. The list offers multiple functions to assist the workers in their daily activities.

Check In — Click “Check In” when the client arrives. The status will update to “Check In” and the option to “Check Out” will appear.

Check Out — Click “Check Out” to go to the appointment ticket to add services and complete payment.

Client Card — Click the client photo or name to view the client’s card.

Appointment Detail — Click the services listed to view the appointment detail page.

Appointment Status — The status of the appointment will appear here (Booked, Completed, etc.).

Modify Appointment — Click the pencil icon to modify the appointment time, services or workers.

Appointment Note — A note icon will appear if there is an appointment note present.
