Appointments Report Overview

The Appointments Report provides a detailed view of daily appointments for each worker; along with each client’s history for their last 5 services and product purchases. This report can be exported or printed at any time for your records.

How to generate
  • Select desired date 
  • Select a worker to review scheduled appointments 
  • Select generate
WarningImportant Note: Only tickets with a completed status will appear in the service and product history.

Understanding the Report:

Top Section (Blue Header Row) – Displays client information scheduled for the selected date.
  • Time – Shows the booked appointment time.
  • Date – Shows the date of the appointment.
  • Client Name – Displays the client’s first and last name. If no client is assigned, it will appear as No Client.
  • Service (Worker) – Shows the service being booked, the net price, and the worker assigned (in parentheses). Multiple services are separated by commas.
  • Next Appointment – Shows the date and scheduled service(s) with assigned worker(s). Multiple services are separated by commas.
Service & Product History Section (Below Each Client)
  • Service History – Displays the client’s last 5 completed services, including the date, service name, price, worker, and any service notes saved. If multiple services were on one appointment, each service will display on its own line.
  • Product History – Displays the client’s last 5 purchased products, including the date, product name, and amount paid by the client. Negative numbers indicate refunded products.
Client Separation
  • Clients are separated by a light blue highlighted row.
  • New Client – If the client has no service or product history, or no client was assigned to an appointment, New Client will appear in red font.
Alert
Only the last 5 completed services and last 5 purchased products appear—not the last 5 appointment dates
Key Notes
  • Refunded Items:
    • Services refunded will display and a negative number and Refunded will appear in the service notes column.
    • Products refunded will appear as a negative amount, with no automatic note. 
IdeaQuick Tip: Clicking a client’s name (if assigned) will redirect to the client card.
