How do I cancel a Standing Appointment?

To cancel all future standing appointments:
  1. Simply click on the upcoming standing appointment
  2. Click CANCEL ALL APPTS
  3. A pop up appears to confirm the cancellation for all future appointments
  4. Click Yes
To cancel a single standing appointment:
  1. Simply click on the appointment to cancel
  2. From the Appointment Detail page, change the status of the appointment to Canceled
  3. Click Save
Pro Tip: If for example you booked a standing appointment from January to December and want to keep the appointments from January to June, find the first appointment you would want to cancel, such as July 1st and complete the steps above.  The appointments from January to June will stay booked and the appointments from July to December will be cancelled.
