Assigning a Group Name



Group Names can be assigned to a Group Booking initially, but you can also assign or add to a group from the Appointment Detail page. 

To assign or create a group name, follow these steps:
  1. Click on an Appointment
  2. Enter or Search for a Group Name
  3. Click Save
The group name will display on the Appointment Detail and on the Appointment Book > Appointment List, the group will display a the top with an option to expand the list of appointments within the group.

Group Names can only be associated with appointments that are also on the same day.
