Automated Email Marketing allows you to stay connected with clients by sending targeted marketing emails based on their activity and habits within your business. These campaigns run automatically in the background, helping you maintain client engagement while saving time.
Note: Automated Email Marketing is available on Enhanced and Advanced plans only.

Once enabled, emails are automatically sent based on specific client activities and behaviors within Inspire.
Access Email Marketing
Click Marketing from the Home Page, Navigation Bar, or Right Sidebar.
Create an Email Template
Before creating an automated campaign, you will need an email template.
Click Templates.
To create a new template, click + Create New (Drag & Drop Editor).
Enter a Template Name.
Use the drag-and-drop editor to add items such as:
Logos
Images
Titles
Social Media Links
Footers
Text Blocks
Customize fonts, colors, alignment, and links as desired.
Click Save when finished.
Create an Automated Campaign
Click Campaigns.
Select Set Automated Campaigns.
Click Add Automated Campaign.
Select the desired Automated Email List.
Select an email Template.
Enter a Subject Line.
Click Submit.
Click Enable to activate the campaign.
Important Note: Automated campaigns are generated overnight. Newly enabled campaigns will not begin sending immediately. Please allow up to 24 hours for the first emails to be processed and sent.
Manage Existing Campaigns
Within the Automated Email Marketing section, you can:
View active and inactive campaigns
Enable or disable campaigns
Edit campaign settings
Delete campaigns
Create additional automated campaigns
Automated Email List Options
We Miss You – Targets clients who have not visited your business for a specified number of weeks and do not have a future appointment scheduled.
Birthday – Sent to clients on their birthday.
Birthday Monthly – Sent on the first day of a client's birth month.
First Time Visit – Sent after a client completes their first appointment.
Referral Thank You – Sent when a client is recorded as referring another client.
Post Appointment Email – Sent the day after any completed appointment.
Cancellation Follow Up – Sent when a canceled appointment is not rescheduled within two days.
Prep for Service – Sent two days before a specific service appointment.
Service Details – Sent the day after a specific service is completed.
Product Details – Sent the day after a specific retail product is purchased.
Reward Point Value – Sent when a client reaches a specified reward point threshold.
Number of Referred Clients – Sent when a client reaches a specified referral milestone.
Post Product Purchase – Sent a specified number of weeks after a selected product purchase.
Automated campaigns can help you encourage repeat visits, reconnect with inactive clients, promote services, and strengthen client relationships without having to manually send emails.
Within the Automated Email Marketing section, you'll find a list of all active and inactive campaigns currently configured for your business. From here, you can easily manage existing campaigns or create new ones based on the automation options available.
