Find Appointment > Book Same Worker When Available

The Book With The Same Worker When Available feature makes it easier to schedule multiple services with the same worker, when their availability allows.

When enabled, Inspire will search for appointment options where one worker is available to perform multiple selected services. This helps create a smoother booking experience for clients who prefer to stay with the same worker throughout their visit.

Enable Book Same Worker When Available by Default
If you would like this option automatically selected when using Find Appointment:
  2. Enable the checkbox for Book Same Worker When Available.
  3. Click Save.
Once enabled, Book Same Worker When Available will be selected by default when using Find Appointment.

Find an Appointment With the Same Worker
InfoBefore You Begin: Confirm Book Same Worker When Available is enabled before searching for an appointment.

Once confirmed, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Appointments > Find Appointment.
  2. Select multiple services and choose Any Worker.
  3. Click Search.
  4. Review the available options and select an appointment time.
