Can I export reports to a CSV or Excel Spreadsheet?
This feature will be available in Inspire by STX v4.3 due out in Summer 2025.
Great news! If a report can be printed, we can export the report to a CSV file. CSV files are compatible with softwares like Microsoft Excel, Apple Numbers and Google Sheets.
To export a report:
- Go to any printable report
- Generate the report
- Click Export
The file will download to your device or offer you an option to select a location to save the file to.
Exporting Reports is permission protected, if you do not see the button consider checking the Worker Permission for Reports > Schedule & Export Reports
