Can online booking be set to use the same worker?

Yes! Inspire by STX can use the same worker for multiple appointments, assuming they are enabled to perform that service online. Here's how to enable that setting:
  1. Go to Setup > Setup Online Booking
  2. Enable Book with the Same Worker When Available
  3. Click Save
If the setting is enabled, and the client chooses 'Any Worker' during online booking, it would only offer appointments using the same worker. See below for example.
