Canceled Appointments Report
This report retrieves a list of appointments marked with a Canceled or No Show status during the selected date range. Results can be sorted by Date, Client Name, or Next Appointment to help you quickly locate specific appointments.
You can generate this report for any date range and filter results by Canceled, No Show, or both Canceled and No Show appointments.
This report can also be exported or printed at any time for your records.
Sorting Options
You can organize the report using the following sorting options:
Client Name – Displays the list in alphabetical order
Date – Orders appointments from the closest/current date to past dates
Next Appointment – Displays clients with no future appointments first, followed by clients who do have a next appointment scheduled (ordered from furthest to closest upcoming date)
Note: Standing appointment cancellations are also included in the results for this report.
Note: Only appointments with an assigned client will appear on this report. Appointments marked as “No Client” will not be included.
Report Columns Explained
Cancellation Details - Provides information about the cancellation, including:
Appointment status (Canceled or No Show)
Worker who changed the appointment status (based on the logged-in user at the time of change)
Date and time the status was updated
Appointment Date / Time - Displays the client’s original appointment date and time before it was canceled or marked as a no show.
Client Name - Shows the client’s name along with their mobile phone number, making it easy to contact them for follow-up or rescheduling.
Service Detail - Lists the service(s) scheduled for the appointment, including the worker assigned to perform the service.
Value - Displays the total value of the scheduled services, helping you understand potential revenue impacted by cancellations or no shows.
Next Appointment - Shows any future appointment the client has scheduled, including the upcoming date and service booked, if applicable.

Note: A Find Appointment icon appears next to the service details, allowing you to quickly locate an available opening and reschedule the client’s missed appointment.
Value
At the bottom of the report, you will see the total value of all appointments included within the selected date range. This provides a quick summary of the overall service value impacted by canceled or no-show appointments.
