How can I change a client name on an open ticket?

How can I change a client name on an open ticket?

To update the Client Name associated with an open ticket:
  1. From the ticket in Checkout, click the X to the right of the Client Name
  2. Search for a client by name, phone or email and select the client -or- select NO CLIENT
The ticket will now be associated with the selected client.

IMPORTANT: Tickets using Reward Points, Packages, Deposits, Prepayments, Received on Account, etc cannot edit the Client Name.  Please remove those line items from the ticket prior to editing the client name.
