View a list of open tickets to be checked out, create a new ticket, or navigate to Refunds, Cash In and Cash Out, and Cash Counting.
- Click Check Out
- Click Go to Check Out List above the receipt
- A list will appear with Checked In tickets
- Click any Ticket # to open that ticket
(+) New Ticket creates a new ticket.
(+) Memberships assign a membership ID number and payment for Memberships.
(+) Refunds issue a refund for a service, payment or electronic payment associated with a client.
(+) Refunds No Client issue a refund for a service, payment or electronic payment not associated with a client.
(+) Cash In/Cash Out note money removed or added to the cash drawer
(+) Cash Counting counts the cash drawer.
