Checking your setup before activating online booking

The first step you will need to take is go to your Setup > Setup Worker details > Select a worker name
  • Click on "Hours" and enter hours under the "Online availability" enter the hours which you would like to display availabilities for your clients to select on the online terminal (The hours between worker scheduled hours and online availability hours can be different and it will depend on how would you like to setup the hours for the worker)

  • After you finish entering the hours you will need to click "Services" and you will need to check any checkboxes that you would like under the "Online" column. Checking the online checkbox for any service means that any client will be able that service online.
    • After you finish any changes please click save at the bottom of your page

    • You will need to go through each of your workers and repeat the same steps on the workers that will be available online

Optional - Requiring a deposit online
Go to Setup > Setup Services > Select any service
  • After you click any of your services names you should be able to see the details of that service, you will need to scroll down until you see the option to "View Advanced Options" click that option and you will see a list of more options

  • Once under the advanced options scroll down until you see where it says "Online Deposit Required", make sure to check the checkbox to require a deposit under the service selected before.
  • Next to that checkbox you should see "Online Deposit" which in there you can enter any amount that you would like to require when booking online and next to the amount that you enter there's the option for you to chose between a $ amount or a % amount
    • After you finish any changes please click save at the bottom of your page

    • You will need to go through each of your services and repeat the same steps on all the services which will require a deposit online.

After you make sure that the setup for your workers and services are correct please go to your Setup > Setup Online Booking
  • In here all you will need to do is check the checkbox for the "Online Booking Enabled" and you did it! Now your online booking is ready to be used by your clients, feel free to provide the booking link to your clients for them to start booking online!
