Pay Now requires integrated credit card processing to be enabled. 
Pay Now is a feature that allows the business to send the payment request to the client via text or email. The client opens the link, can add a tip (if preference is enabled) and pay for the ticket. This is a great feature for businesses that want to collect a deposit over the phone or request a payment during a service. 

To setup Pay Now, follow these steps:
  1. Go to Setup > Setup POS & POS Devices
  2. Check the box to Enable Pay Now
  3. Click Save
To utilize the Pay Now feature, follow these steps:
  1. Go to Checkout
  2. Add a Client & Items to a Ticket
  3. Click the Payments Tab
  4. Click Pay Now
  5. Select to Send via Text or Email
  6. Click Send
The client will receive the link to make a payment and an option to tip if enabled. 
To see if they payment is completed, refresh the page and if paid, the completed ticket will appear.
Alert
Entering or editing the phone or email will not update the client card information.

To disable tipping, go to Setup > Setup POS & POS Devices and enable the check box for Hide Tip Options.
