Clearing Cache in Google Chrome on Both Windows or Mac

Clearing your browser cache can help resolve loading issues, improve performance, and ensure you are viewing the most up-to-date version of Inspire.

Steps to Clear Cache in Chrome
  1. On your computer, open Google Chrome
  2. At the top right, click the three dots (⋮) menu                                             
  3. Select Settings
  4. In the left menu, click Privacy and security
  5. Select Delete browsing data
Delete Browsing Data Settings
At the top, choose the time range:
  • Select All time
Then ensure ONLY the following items are selected:
  • Browsing history
  • Cookies and other site data
  • Cache images and files
  • Site settings
  • Hosted app data
Finish
