Client Online Booking: Forgot Password & Duplicates

This feature will be available in v4.4 due out in August 2025.
Client Forgot Password
If a client forgets their password, have them visit your Online Booking Login page and select the 'Current Customer? Request Password' option. After they enter their email address, an email will be sent to have them reset their password.
If your business has the Auto Send PIN Email for New Clients setting enabled in Setup Online Booking > Online Booking Preferences, the software will only send the PIN email when a new client is created by a worker.
Duplicate Client Emails
Clients are not able to create another account for the same email address, however the business is able to make duplicate client cards with matching emails using the software.
