How can I customize my Online Booking URL?

The Online Booking URL can be customized by editing the last segment of the URL in the Online Booking settings. To assign a new Unique ID to your URL:
  1. Go to Setup > Setup Client Interactions > Setup Online Booking
  2. By default the Online Booking URL Unique ID will be formatted with stx_#####.
    1. The Unique ID is a segment in the Online Booking and Gift URL directly below. 
  3. To make changes, enter the preferred Unique ID into the field and click Check Availability
    1. If the Unique ID is available, click Save.
    2. If the Unique ID is unavailable, choose a different combination and click Check Availability. 
      1. Repeat until available and then click Save.

Note: The previous URL will no longer be valid and the link will need to be updated on your website, social media, etc.
