The Inspire Dashboard is a way to view the metrics by company or worker and by day, week, month and year.
Set Up Dashboard
Customize Dashboard Metrics Displayed
Go to Setup
Select Setup Workers
Select Setup Dashboard
Select the drop down for Company or a Worker
Check the boxes to display the metric in Dashboard
Click Save
Only the metrics with boxes checked will display in Dashboard when the Company or Worker is selected. The permissions to enable access to Company or Worker are listed below.
Set Worker Dashboard Permissions
Go to Setup
Select Setup Workers
Select Setup Permissions
Select a Permission Set to update, and check the boxes to enable access:
Worker Dashboard: Worker will be able to view only their metrics.
Company Dashboard: Worker will be able to view the company and all worker metrics.
Click Save

When navigating to the Dashboard, if the user can access the Company Dashboard, it will display by default. If only the Worker Dashboard permission is selected, the logged in user will only see their own dashboard. Use the drop down to select the company or worker view.
Metrics: Pie charts, graphs, worker photos and numbers will display with additional legend information below.
Day is the metric values for today.
Week is the metric values for the week, Sunday to Saturday.
Month is the metric values since the first of the current month.
Year is the metric values since the January 1st of the current year.
Dashboard Metrics
Booked % - The hours booked divided by the number of hours scheduled.
Booked # - The number of clients booked for appointments.
Booked $ - The sum of all services currently in Booked, Called, Reminder Sent, Confirmed and Conflicting Status.
Checked In $ - The sum of all tickets currently in Checked In status.
Completed $ - The sum of all completed tickets.
Other $ - Sum of Gift, Membership, Packages, Miscellaneous
Retail $ - Sum of Product Sales.
Service $ - Sum of Service Sales.
The Sum includes tickets in both Checked In and Completed status.
Rebooked % - The # of clients who completed an appointment with a future appointment on the appointment book within 1 day after divided by the total # of appointments.
Rebooked # - The # of rebooked appointments.
Booked Online % - The # of clients who booked online divided by the total # of appointments.
Booked Online # - The total number of appointments booked online.
New Clients % - The # of clients with a completed first visit ticket divided by the total number of tickets.
New Clients $ - The sum of all completed tickets where the client had their first visit.
Average Product per Ticket - The sum of all product sales divided by the total # of tickets.
Average Service per Ticket - The sum of service sales divided by the total # of tickets.
Average Ticket - The sum of all tickets divided by the total # of tickets.
Service Sales - The sum of service sales.
Retail Sales - The sum of product sales.
Retail Per Guest - The product sales divided by the total # of tickets.
Top Worker Service Sales - The worker who had the highest Service Sales.
Top Worker Product Sales - The worker who had the highest Product Sales.
Note: Total Sales & Averages will consider the tickets that are currently checked in and completed to be consistent with Payroll Reporting.
