Duplicate Client Report

This report will be available in the Inspire by STX v4.4 release due out in August 2025.

The Duplicate Client Report is a great report to find duplicates in your software and merge them.

Select to search by Client Name, Email Address and Mobile Phone Number, then click Generate. The results will pair two accounts with the same Client Name, Email Address or Mobile Phone and include the client's Created Date. 

Simply click MERGE and a new tab will open to select which fields to use, then click Save. Return to the report by selecting the original browser tab.
