Employee Analysis Report
Location: Reports > Business Analysis Reports
The Employee Analysis Report provides great information to analyze the employees salon specific numbers regarding sales, rebooking, retail, etc. Simply enter a begin date and an end date, select the visit type related to a client who was referred to a worker and click Generate. Many of our Summit Salons enjoy this report.
Results will display below including:
- Guest Count
- # of Referrals
- Rebook %
- Average Service Dollars per Ticket
- Total # of Services
- Total Service Dollars
- Retail Units per Guest
- Retail Dollars per Guest
- Total Retail Units
- Total Retail Dollars
Best Practices: Businesses should setup visit type(s) specifically for Referred Clients and then select only those visit types for the Referral Visit Type drop down.
Important: Client Referrals related to reward points and automated marketing campaigns are noted on the client card and are not associated with a ticket. The Employee Analysis Report pulls information regarding tickets and visits and therefor the referred status is associated with the Visit Type.
