The Employee Analysis Report provides detailed insights into employee performance, including sales, rebooking, retail, and referral activity. This report is used to evaluate individual and overall performance within a selected date range and is based on completed tickets only. This report can also be exported or printed at any time for further review.
To generate the report, enter a Begin Date and End Date, select the appropriate Visit Type click Generate. Many Summit Salons utilize this report to track referral performance and key metrics.
Note: At least one Visit Type must be selected to populate results. You may select multiple visit types as needed.
Report Results & Column Definitions
Worker – Displays workers who had completed appointments within the selected date range
Guest Count – Total number of guests seen within the selected date range
# of Referrals – Quantity of appointments with the selected referral visit type for each worker within the selected date range
Rebook % – Percentage of appointments that were rebooked within the selected date range
Avg Service $ per Ticket – Average service value per ticket based on all clients seen within the selected date range
Total # of Services – Total number of services performed within the selected date range
Total Service $ – Total value of services performed within the selected date range
Retail Units per Guest – Average number of retail items sold per guest (Retail Units ÷ Guest Count)
Retail $ per Guest – Average retail dollar amount per guest (Retail Dollars ÷ Guest Count)
Total Retail Units – Total quantity of retail items sold within the selected date range
Total Retail $ – Total dollar value of retail sold within the selected date range

Sorting Options 
This report can also be sorted using the following columns:
Worker Name – Displays results in alphabetical order by the worker’s first name
Guest Count – Displays results in descending order
# of Referrals – Displays results in descending order
Rebook % – Displays results in descending order
Avg Service $ per Ticket – Displays results from highest value to lowest value
Total # of Services – Displays results in descending order
Total Service $ – Displays results from highest dollar value to lowest
Retail Units per Guest – Displays results in descending order
Retail $ per Guest – Displays results from highest dollar value to lowest
Total Retail Units – Displays results in descending order
Total Retail $ – Displays results from highest dollar value to lowest
Best Practice: It is recommended to set up specific Visit Types for referred clients. To change, modify or add visit types, go to setup > setup client card preferences
Note: Only completed tickets are considered when calculating report totals.
Client Referrals associated with reward points or automated marketing campaigns are recorded on the client card and are not tied to a ticket. The Employee Analysis Report pulls data from tickets and visits, therefore referral tracking in this report is based on the selected Visit Type.
