eTraveler

Access your client’s eTraveler by selecting the client’s appointment on the schedule, then clicking the > arrow next to the client’s name.

  

In eTraveler, you can view:

  • Recent service and product completed tickets – including any saved service notes.

  • Additional history – click View More for a more transactional tickets.

  • Client card details – such as reward points, date the card was created, birthday, occupation, flags, and client notes (if documented on client card).

eTraveler provides a quick and comprehensive way to see a client’s history at a glance, helping your team deliver personalized service every time.
