Express Book a New Client

Express booking is as simple as booking on a paper book. To get started, click an available appointment time on the appointment book.
  1. Click (+) to add a new client
  2. Complete required client contact information fields
  3. Select Services
  4. Choose a Visit Type (optional)
  5. Enter appointment notes in the notes field (optional)
  6. Click Save to add the appointment to the appointment book and client to the database
 

Express Book an Existing Client

Booking an existing client via Express Booking is similar to adding a new client. To get started, simply click an available appointment time on the appointment book.
  1. Enter Client Name, Phone Or Email to search & select
  2. Update client contact information if needed
  3. Select Services
  4. Choose a Visit Type (optional)
  5. Enter appointment notes in the notes field (optional)
  6. Click Save to add the appointment to the appointment book

Note: Express Booking may cause overbooking and/or conflicting appointments.
Appointments are made based on information entered in the Express Booking screen, and does not a search for availabilities.
