Group Booking



Group booking is a great way to find availability for multiple clients or for a client who wants their appointments booked for the same time. To get started, follow these steps:
  1. Go to Appointments
  2. Click Find Appointment
  3. Select Group Booking
  4. Enter 2 or more Client Names
    1. Existing Clients will appear as you type in the search field
    2. For New Clients, enter their name and a new client card will be created.
      1. Click Add to Group to add additional people to your booking
      2. Click the trash can to remove a person
  5. Click Find Appointment
  6. Enter a Group Name (optional)
  7. Select a Date
  8. Select the Services & Workers for each Client
    1. Click + to add more services
  9. Click Search 
    1. Search results will display, If there are no availabilities, consider selecting a new date or different workers. 
  10. Select a Date & Time
  11. Click Book
Info
To book multiple services at the same time, enter the client's name for all the client names.
