How can I add a worker to the Meet the Team page?

Before enabling a worker profile to appear online, confirm the Worker's Photo, Online Hours & Services are setup:
  1. Worker Photo: Go to Setup > Setup Worker Details > Profile > Worker Photo
  2. Worker Services: Go to Setup > Setup Worker Details > Services tab > Online Checkboxes
  3. Worker Hours: Go to Setup > Setup Worker Details > Hours tab > Online Hours
To add a worker to the Meet the Team page, go to Setup > Setup Worker Details > Online Profile:
  1. Display Worker Profile Online: Enabling this checkbox will add the worker to the Meet the Team page in Online Booking 
  2. Worker is Accepting New Clients: Enabling the checkbox will add a Accepting New Clients flag to the worker's profile on Meet the Team. If disabled, clients with no service history will not be able to book an appointment with this worker.
  3. About Me field: Details entered here will display under the About Us header on the About Us page. 
  4. Enter Facebook URL: When this field is populated, a Facebook icon will appear on the worker's profile and when clicked will open the linked Facebook page in a new tab. 
  5. Enter Instagram URL: When this field is populated, an Instagram icon will appear on the worker's profile and when clicked will open the linked TikTok page in a new tab. 
  6. Enter TikTok URL: When this field is populated, a TikTok icon will appear on the worker's profile and when clicked will open the linked Instagram page in a new tab. 
  7. Enter Favorite Product Name: When this field is populated, the name of the product will display under the Favorite Product header on the worker's profile. 
  8. Enter Favorite Product URL: When this field is populated, the Favorite Product Name will hyperlink and when clicked, the Favorite Product URL will open in a new tab. This would be a great way to introduce clients to an e-commerce site like SalonInteractive, Shopify or Amazon Storefront. 
  9. Share Worker URL with Worker: After a worker is created, a link will appear at the bottom of the Online Profile tab. This is a direct link to their online profile. This would be a great link for the worker to add to their Instagram or Facebook profile. 
Additionally, the Book Now button that appears on the Worker Profile will only appear if the worker is enabled for online services.

The above option such as About Me, Social Media URLs, Favorite Product, etc. are optional. Only the populated fields will display online.
