How can I customize my Online Booking URL?
The Online Booking URL can be customized by editing the last segment of the URL.
- Simply go to Setup > Setup Client Interactions > Online Booking tab
- By default the Online Booking URL Unique ID will be formatted with stx_#####.
- The Unique ID is a segment in the Online Booking and Gift URL directly below.
- To make changes, enter the preferred Unique ID into the field and click Check Availability
- If the Unique ID is available, click Save.
- If the Unique ID is unavailable, choose a different combination and click Check Availability. Repeat until available and then click Save.
Note: The previous URL will no longer be valid and the link will need to be updated on your website, social media, etc.
