How can I only allow my clients to book the best appointment online?

Traditionally, online booking softwares will show the availabilities for every opening on the books.  Some businesses would prefer that clients were only offered the best appointments during online booking to optimize their calendars.

To only offer the Best Available appointments online, follow these steps:
  1. Go to Setup > Setup Online Booking > Setup Online Booking Preferences
  2. Enable the checkbox for Only Display Best Available Appointments
  3. Click Save
The Best Available Appointment is an appointment that will be scheduled as the first appointment, last appointment, close a gap or go before/after another appointment.
