How can I reopen my Cash Drawer?

If you need to make an update to your cash drawer after opening or closing your drawer, simply go to Check Out List and follow these steps:
  1. Click Cash Counting
  2. Select the Date, Drawer and Shift
  3. Click Generate
  4. Select the Opening or Closing Tab
  5. Click Reopen
  6. Make Adjustments and click Close Drawer
Note: If you do not see the Reopen Drawer button, you may want to consider your worker permission settings.
