How can I update my Textel API Key?
Need to refresh your Textel API Key? No problem! Follow the steps below to update your connection within Inspire.
What is Textel?
Textel is a third-party integration that helps support: Two-way text messaging
Text message marketing campaigns
Client communication and engagement
Automated messaging features
Update Your Textel API Key
Copy your new Textel API Key
Go to Setup
Select Setup Company Info
Remove the current Textel API Key
Paste the new Textel API Key into the field
Click Save
If you need a new or refreshed API Key, please contact Textel Support directly for assistance generating a new key.
