How do I add a credit, deposit or prepayment for a client?

To add money as a credit, deposit or prepayment for a client, follow these steps:
  1. Go to Checkout
  2. Search and select a Client
  3. Click on the Other Tab
  4. Enter the Amount as a Deposit, Prepayment or Received on Account
    1. Deposit is traditionally a partial payment in advanced for a service.
    2. Prepayment is traditionally a full payment in advance for a sevice
    3. Received on Account is to pay down a balance or correct an account balance
  5. Click Add to Ticket
  6. Go to the Payments Tab
  7. Select Payment Type and include a Payment Note (optional)
