How do I add an image to my Gift Template?
In January 2023, the Main Setup page will be getting a new look. The Setup Gifts has been moved from Setup Appointments & Emails to the Setup Client Interactions category.
To add an image to your gift template follow these steps:
- Go to Setup > Setup Gifts
- Click on the location to add the image
- Click the photo icon
- Copy / Paste the image link to the URL field (see below for details)
- Adjust the width (optional)
- Preferred width is 640 pixels or less
- Click Save
Here are two ways to get an image link:
Option 1) If the image or logo is already on your website, right click on the image and select "Copy Image URL".
Option 2) If the image needs to be uploaded, it will need to be added to a hosting site. Here is an example of how to add to a free hosting site.
- Visit https://imgbb.com/ and create an account or sign in
- Upload a photo
- Click Upload
- Select the Embed Code for "Direct Link"
- Copy the link (Ctrl + C)
- Paste the image link from the instructions above into the URL field
