Customize Your Marketing Email with Your Own Images

Adding an image to your marketing email is easy using the Drag & Drop Editor in Inspire! 

Steps to Add an Image:

1. From Marketing, create a new email using the Drag & Drop Editor.
2. In the Drag & Drop menu, select any content block that includes an image.
3. Drag the image block into your email template.
4. Once the temporary image appears in the template, hover your mouse over the image.
5. Select the Camera Icon.
6. Your computer files will open.
7. Select your JPEG image from your computer to upload it into the email.

Your image will now display inside your marketing email template! 

 

Preventing an Image from Cropping

1. Once the image has been added to your email template, hover your mouse over the image.
2. Select the three dots ( ... ) in the image toolbar.
3. In the image settings menu, check No Crop and Resize to Fit.
4. Select OK to save your changes.
5. The image will now display using its original proportions without being cropped to fit the image block.

Adjusting the Image Position and Zoom

1. Once the image has been added to your email template, hover your mouse over the image.
2. Select the + icon to zoom in on the image.
3. Select the - icon to zoom out on the image.
4. To focus on a specific area of the image, place your mouse cursor over the image.
5. Click and hold the left mouse button (or press and hold on your mouse pad).
6. Drag the image up, down, left, or right to reposition it within the image block.
7. Release the mouse button when the desired area of the image is displayed.
