How do I add or update a client token on file?

To save a credit card on file for a client
  1. Go to Clients
  2. Search and select the client
  3. Click on the Accounts tab
  4. Scroll down to the bottom, click Create Token
  5. Enter the required card information
  6. Click Save

When a Token on File is updated, and email is sent from Clover (the gateway processor) with a button to manage the card on file with the following rules:
  1. If a client has no primary email and a business adds the token on file - the confirmation email is sent to the company email.
  2. If a client has a primary email, and the business add the token on file - the confirmation email is sent only to the client's primary email.
  3. If a client updates their payment information for the Token on File via the Online Booking Link - the confirmation email is sent only to the client's primary email.
If a client removes a card on file from the Clover Gateway management page, the business is not alerted and the appointment will remain as booked.
