How do I change the Ticket Date?

Important: The permission for Edit Ticket Details must be enabled to change the ticket date.
To edit the date assigned to the ticket, follow these simple steps:
- Go to the completed ticket page
- Click Edit Ticket Details
- Click on the Date Field
- Select a New Date
- Click X to exit
The date will be updated on the ticket and the reports will use that date when generating a report.
