How Do I Cancel My Inspire Account?

If you are considering canceling your Inspire account, please contact our Client Services team at least one full business day before your next billing date.

Warning
Per our company policy we will need to complete an owner verification before processing the cancellation request.

Once owner verification has been completed; our team will confirm your cancellation and let you know how long you’ll retain access to your Inspire account.

Important Policy Information 
  • Cancellations must be submitted at least one full business day prior to billing
  • Inspire does not offer:
    • Partial month billing
    • Partial month refunds
    • Refunds after the cancellation deadline
Cancelation Timeframe Examples:
  • Example A:
    If your billing date is Wednesday the 3rd, you must call by Tuesday the 2nd before 4:30 PM EST
  • Example B:
    If your billing date is Saturday the 6th or Sunday the 7th, you must call by Friday the 5th before 4:30 PM EST
