How do I check the balance on a gift card or gift certificate?

  1. Click the menu icon (≡) in the upper left for the navigation menu. 
  2. Select Gift Balance
  3. Choose from the options to search by Gift Number, Recipient Name or Purchaser
  4. Enter the name or number into the field or select the field and scan the barcode
  5. Click Search
  6. Results will appear below, use the Sort By options to update results
  7. Click on the Gift Number to see the gift’s history for when it was issued, used or reloaded.
