How do I create a worker?

  1. Setup Worker Services
    1. Go to Setup > Setup Services > Services
      1. Create or verify all services performed by this worker are set up.
  2. Setup Worker Permissions Sets
    1. Go to Setup > Setup Worker > Setup Permissions
      1. Create or verify worker permission consistent for this worker is set up.
  3. Setup Worker Compensation Methods
    1. Go to Setup > Setup Worker > Setup Compensation Methods
      1. Create or verify the payroll method needed for this worker is set up.
  4. Add Worker
    1. Go to Setup > Setup Workers > Worker Detail, Click Add New Worker
    2. Worker Profile
      1. Check Active Login if worker can login.
      2. Complete Worker Profile Setup.
    3. Worker Hours
      1. Enter Available Hours
      2. Enter Online Available Hours
    4. Services
      1. Book Appointments Every # minutes controls how often appointments are booked for this worker.
      2. Select Services 
        1. Select Level to choose which service level applies
        2. Click the arrows to expand the Service Group view
        3. Click top checkbox to select all, or check individual services for Perform column, if worker provides this service.
        4. Click online top checkbox, or check individual services for Online column, if worker offers this service online.
        5. Customize Service Price, Duration or Service Fee by clicking on the pencil icon adjacent to the service name
        6. Repeat steps for each Service Group that applies to this worker.
    5. Other
      1. Check Uses Time Clock if worker uses time clock. 
      2. Check Allow Retail Sales if worker sells products.
      3. Select Security Permission set.
      4. Enter Hourly Wage (if applicable).
      5. Enter Salary (if applicable).
      6. Select Compensation Method
  5. Click Save
