How do I customize my online booking page?

Inspire's Online Booking offers a variety of options to customize the clients Online Booking experience.

Add Company Logo - Go to Setup > Setup Company > Company Logo and upload a logo, then click Save.

Select a Online Booking Button Color - Inspire allows you to select any color under the sun, but we do recommend darker colors because the online booking button font is white. To select an Online Booking background color, go to Setup > Online Booking > Select a new color and click Save.

Select a Background Image - Inspire allows you to upload a photo as your Online Booking background. All photos will have a slight white overlay to make the white online booking font pop. To upload your Inspire Online Booking image, go to Setup > Online Booking > Choose Background, upload a photo and click Save.

View your Online Booking page, go to Setup > Online Booking > Online Booking URL. Highlight the link and copy/paste it into a new browser window.

Please Note, selecting a new color or uploading an image can take up to 20 minutes to update. If your changes do not update, quit the browser application and/or reload the page.

In January 2023, the Main Setup page will be getting a new look. The Setup Online Booking has been moved from Setup Appointments & Emails page to the Setup Client Interactions category.
