How do I get alerts when someone books online?
- Click the Menu Icon (≡) and then click Setup > Setup Client Interactions
- Click the Online Booking Preferences
- Enable the Send Online Booking Notification checkbox
- In the field to the right, enter the email address(es) to receive a notification when a client books online.
- Click Save
- Once enabled, any time a client books an appointment online an email will be sent to the email addresses.
Pro Tip: To enter multiple recipient emails, use a comma in between the emails.
