How do I manually send a reminder text or email?

To manually send a reminder text or email:
  1. Go to the Appointment Book
  2. Click on the Appointment
  3. Select Send Reminder Text or Send Reminder Email
Warning: If a client does not have a mobile number or SMS checkbox checked, the Send Reminder Text will not display.  If a client does not have a Primary Email, the Send Reminder Email will not display.
