How do I pair a worker with Tippy?
If your business already has the Tippy Integration setup for the business; where the device is paired to the software, please follow these steps to sync a worker's Tippy Account with Inspire by STX Software.
- Go to Setup > Setup Worker Details
- Click on the Worker
- Click on the Other Tab
- Choose the worker's information on the Tippy Talent Pairing
- Click Save
The worker must have their Tippy Account created and banking information setup to appear in the list.

If you clicked Send to Tippy but the customer does not want to leave a tip, simply have them click the NO TIP option in the upper right for each worker. Then have the customer click the "Continue to Payment" button.
