How do I reload or add money to a gift?

Reload a Gift

  1. To reload a Gift Card, open a current ticket or go to Check Out. Then click the Other tab.
  2. Enter the existing Gift Number (Required)
  3. Type the number into the field or select the field and scan the barcode on the gift card. This field has a maximum of 20 characters. 
  4. Enter the amount to reload in the Gift Amount (Required)
    1. Enter a Gift Recipient if applicable
    2. Select a Gift Expiration if applicable
    3. Select a Worker if applicable
  5. Click Add to Ticket
  6. Select Yes to confirm reloading the gift
  7. Apply a Full Payment for the gift to be reloaded
