How do I schedule a report?


This feature will be available in May 2024. 
Scheduling Reports is available on the following reports:
  1. Total Sheet
  2. Sales Analysis Report
  3. Text Count Report
  4. Yearly Dashboard Tab
  5. On Hand Product 
To schedule a report, go to one of the reports listed and click the Schedule button, then select from these preferences:
  1. Report Filters
    1. Example: Hide $0.00 is an option on the Total Sheet
  2. Report By 
    1. Select to run the report for the company or a worker
  3. Run Report 
    1. ASAP - Sends within 2 to 60 minutes
      1. Enter a date range to generate the report for.
    2. Daily - Sends daily on the start date and time selected
      1. Start Date - the day you would like the report to start generating.
      2. Time - the time you would like the report to send daily.
    3. Weekly - Sends weekly on the start date and time selected
      1. Start Date - the day you would like the report to start generating.
      2. Time - the time you would like the report to send weekly.
    4. Biweekly - Sends every other week on the start date and time selected
      1. Start Date - the day you would like the report to start generating.
      2. Time - the time you would like the report to send biweekly.
    5. Monthly - Sends on the first of every month for the previous month
      1. Time - the time you would like the report to send monthly. 
    6. Quarterly - Sends on January 1st, April 1st, July 1st and October 1st for the previous quarter
      1. Time - the time you would like the report to send quarterly.
    7. Yearly - Sends yearly on January 1st for the previous year
      1. Time - the time you would like the report to send yearly.
  4. Send Email to 
    1. Enter one email to send this report to
  5. File Type
    1. Select to send a PDF or CSV file of the report
Click Save to schedule your report and the Scheduled Reports page will open to confirm your settings.
To Cancel your scheduled report, simply click the X next to the Report you want to schedule from the Scheduled Reports page. 
On Hand Product Report is a real-time snap shot of the products on hand at the time of generation, no date range is applied. 
Yearly Dashboard generation uses January 1st to the Generation date & time.
