How do I see the message that was sent to my client?

If you would like to see the message that was sent to your client for a notification, reminder or follow up, follow these steps:
  1. Go to the Client Card
  2. Click the Communications tab
  3. Hover over the View Message icon
The message will display and include the date and time or sending. 

This feature was released on December 12th, 2023.  Messages sent prior to that date will not be recorded on the client card.
