How do I sell a gift certificate or gift card?

  1. Open a current ticket or go to Check Out, then click the Other tab.
  2. Enter a Gift Number (Required)
    1. Type the number into the field or select the field and scan the barcode on the gift card. This field has a maximum of 20 characters. 
  3. Enter a Gift Amount (Required)
  4. Enter a Gift Recipient if applicable.
  5. Select a Gift Expiration if applicable.
  6. Enter a Gift Message if applicable.
  7. Select a Worker if applicable.
  8. Click Add to Ticket. 
  9. Apply a Full Payment for the gift to be activated.
  10. On the completed ticket page, the gift can be emailed or printed.
Note: To update the look of the Gift Template go to Setup > Setup Appointments & Emails > Gift Template.
