How do I send a Client Consultation Form to a Client?

This feature will be available in the Inspire by STX v2.9 release due January 2023. 

Automatically Send via Notification or Reminder

  1. Go to Setup > Setup Notifications & Reminders
  2. Select the Notification or Reminder tab
  3. Insert the {{ClientForm}} merge field into the Email Template or Text Template
    1. Note: Add additional context around the {{ClientForm}} merge field. 
  4. Click Save 

Manually Send via Reminder 

  1. Pre Requisite: The {{ClientForm}} merge field must be included in the corresponding email or text reminder template. See above steps for adding the Client Form to the Reminder Templates. 
  2. Go to the Appointment page
  3. Click on the Appointment
  4. Click Send Reminder Text or Send Reminder Email
  1. Go to Client Card
  2. Click Go To Client Form > in the upper right
  3. Highlight the link to copy/paste
  4. Paste the link in your preferred media such as email or text
