How do I send a client form?

To send a Client Form, follow these steps:
  1. Go to the Client Card
  2. Click Send Client Form
  3. Select to send as a Text or Email

If a client only has an email or only has a mobile phone, it will bypass asking to send a text or email and display a confirmation that the message was sent.
