How do I Tippy Tip a worker who didn't provide the service?

If a worker did not perform the service but the customer would like to leave them a tip also, such as an assistant or colleague who helped with the blowout and/or shampoo, the front desk will want to add a service for that worker for $0.00, then they will be prompted to leave a tip on the Tippy Device for that worker.

If you commonly add assistants to tickets, you could consider adding a Service for this purpose.  Here is how you would do that:
  1. Go to Setup > Setup Services
  2. Click Add New
  3. Enter a Service Name (examples: Zero Dollar Service, Tippy Assistant, Assistant, etc)
  4. Select a Service Group
  5. Enable the checkbox for "Add On Service"
  6. Click Save
  7. Go to the Setup Worker Details
  8. Select a Worker to assign the service to
  9. Click on the Services Tab
  10. Under the specified Service Group, enable the Service under the Performs column
  11. Click Save
Pro Tip: Add the Service to your Favorites to have it readily available by going to Setup > Setup Favorites.
