How do I view Appointment History?

How do I view Appointment History?

This feature will be available in May 2024. 

To view the appointment history, click on any service appointment and then click View Appointment History... above the eTraveler. The Appointment Current Details will display on the top including the:
  1. Client Name
  2. Appointment Date / Time
  3. Appointment Status
  4. Created By Worker & Date / Time
  5. Services (Worker Names)
Below these details, any changes made to the appointment will display including:
  1. Appointment Booked
  2. Appointment Modification 
    1. Date, Time, Worker, Service, Duration Change, Price
  3. Reminders Sent
  4. Status Update
  5. Completed Ticket
  6. Reopened Ticket
  7. Deposit Fail
