How do workers get notified if someone books or cancels?
In January 2023, the Main Setup page will be getting a new look.The updated location will be Setup > Setup Worker Details
To setup email notifications for workers when an appointment is booked or canceled:
Go to the Menu > Setup > Setup Workers > Worker Details
Confirm the Worker's Email Address is accurate
Click the checkboxes for
Send Email for Booked Appointment
Send Email for Canceled Appointment
Click Save
If a worker would rather receive text notifications of a booked or canceled appointment, simply swap out the worker's email address with their mobile phone's email address.
