How do workers get notified if someone books or cancels?

How do workers get notified if someone books or cancels?


In January 2023, the Main Setup page will be getting a new look.  The updated location will be Setup > Setup Worker Details

To setup email notifications for workers when an appointment is booked or canceled:
  1. Go to the Menu > Setup > Setup Workers > Worker Details
  2. Confirm the Worker's Email Address is accurate
  3. Click the checkboxes for 
    1. Send Email for Booked Appointment
    2. Send Email for Canceled Appointment
  4. Click Save
If a worker would rather receive text notifications of a booked or canceled appointment, simply swap out the worker's email address with their mobile phone's email address.  Here is a helpful article to find out what the mobile phone's email address is by carrier: https://20somethingfinance.com/how-to-send-text-messages-sms-via-email-for-free/
