How to Adjust the Set Price of any Item on an Open Ticket
Overview
If you need to adjust the price of a service, product, or item that has already been added to an open ticket, you can update the item's set price directly from the checkout screen.
Update the Price of an Item on a Ticket
- From the checkout screen, select the service, product, or item you need to modify.
- Update the Set Price to reflect the desired price.
- Select Update Ticket.
The ticket will refresh and display the updated price for the selected item.
Note: Any adjustments made to the original set price will be marked with an asterisk (*) next to the displayed price. This indicates the item price has been manually adjusted from the original set price.
